The Chamber of commerce would like to take this opportunity to “Thank You” for having a booth during our 4th of July activities. It is because of your participation and effort that our Celebration is a continued success each year. The Chamber would like to make this as fun and organized as possible for everyone involved. We are expecting between 2,000 and 2,500 people throughout the day on July 4th. We have drawn up guidelines for your benefit and profit!

Registration will ONLY be accepted when this form is filled out and your registration fee is paid. Vendors & Fundraisers set their own prices and keep their profits.
Please note that if your offerings change, please notify july4thwheeler@gmail.com before bringing different items. This is to make sure you have the most success, by not having multiple vendors providing the same items.
Must provide all permits and paperwork, if not working under a 501c3 organization.
You are responsible for providing your own tables, chairs, awnings/shade, generators, etc.
