The Chamber of commerce would like to take this opportunity to “Thank You” for having a booth during our 4th of July activities. It is because of your participation and effort that our Celebration is a continued success each year. The Chamber would like to make this as fun and organized as possible for everyone involved. We are expecting between 2,000 and 2,500 people throughout the day on July 4th. We have drawn up guidelines for your benefit and profit!

Registration will ONLY be accepted when this form is filled out and your registration fee is paid. Last day of Vendor Registration is May 23, 2025. Vendors set their own prices and keep their profits.
Please note that if your offerings change, please notify wjhazzard@ag.tamu.edu before bringing different items. This is to make sure you have the most success, by not having multiple vendors providing the same items.
Must provide all permits and paperwork, if not working under a 501c3 organization.
The Health Inspector will be inspecting booths throughout the day.
You are responsible for providing your own tables, chairs, awnings/shade, generators, etc. Electricity is not available.
All persons serving food must wear disposable gloves to handle food. You also need someone that is NOT handling food to take orders and handle money.
